We ordered a robotic pool cleaner. Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus Inground Robotic Pool Cleaner with CleverClean | 99996403-PC . The one we received was Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus CC inground Pool Cleaner with Clever Clean. 99996112-US. which was $694.43. The original one was $839.00 approx. We thought we were getting a good deal, so we ordered it. What we got was the cheaper model. We tried to contact them, to exchange for the correct model. We were even willing to pay the extra for the upgraded model. After about 2 weeks of recorded phone calls and automated emails, they sent us a form saying we had to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. This was not made known at the time of purchase. Resolution Sought They should pay return shipping and we would like the correct one. We will pay for the upgraded model after they refund our full price of $694.43. a difference of $145.00, as the shipping to us was $45.43.

We are not satisfied with the results, as we did not expect to pay shipping the product back nor a restocking fee. We had pretty much given up on Pool Supply Unlimited. Obviously, Pool Supply Unlimited is not a reputable company. We order a lot on the internet, and have never encountered this much "hassle".
