Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

April of 2022 my battery went dead I called pop a lock Andrew came out and ended up selling me a new battery for 205.00 8 months later had to call them back as battery was dead they gave me a jump and after driving around for a 1 1/2 hours I found the certification office by that time the battery was fully charged so next day I had to go somewhere the battery was dead again I called pop alock again they came out and said it was dead I told the guy I want a new battery as I paid for new and if I did not get one I will make a complaint with attorney general's office and bbb also he got on phone with his office and they told him to give a new battery so he did promised me it was new this one lasted me until September 16th 2023 so 9 months both battery's should of lasted 18 months I wen to Walmart on the 9/17 and bought a new one with a 24 month warranty. I was told Andrew and Manager where fired as they were selling condition batteries for full price. Resolution Sought I want to be made whole. Seeking reimbursement, Documents for proof of purchase are avail.
