I was stupid enough to get their 2 free leggings I guess in small print it said I signed up for them to take $49.99 a month which I did not. The only way to contact them is through email. I jumped through their hoops and did return to send on the new package. now I told I will not get my refund because I didn't pay to send I back. Resolution Sought I want a refund. I am elderly and disabled on a fixed income

I ordered some leggings from this company and I never received them. So not only did they take my money and refuse to refund my $40, They claim that the leggings they sent me was sent to the wrong address. So when I sent them an email about it, they were very rude and offered to send a replacement for $11.99. I'm sorry, but why would I pay them another $12 when I already haven't received my first pair. Just plain ridiculous. I informed them I would be contacting you guys so here I am. Please help me in getting my pair of leggings and my refund. Resolution Sought Refund my money and replace my lost leggings.
