I placed an order back in June, 2022. Most of the order finally came in early 2023. They left a message on one of the packaged that the order was 2 items short and they would send them later. These items have been released for several years. I don't see how they could be out of stock. I've tried to reach them by email on 3 separate occasions. I have received no response. I want what I ordered but if not possible just give me the refund. 9 months for a simple funko pop order is unacceptable. Resolution Sought Ship the 2 missing items or give a full refund.
