I just would like for them to have a working bathroom. If I am a paying customer.

OKI went into purchase a meal. After I purchased a meal. I wanted to go to the bathroom and wash my hands and use the bathroom And the worker said they have not had a working bathroom at the time. They have a out of order sign on the bathroom. And this is not the first time I come in here to purchase food. And they say That the bathroom does not work. It is a food of establishment. How do they not have a working bathroom?
