Unfortunately, the product has not arrived to me. I am disappointed because the firm is not returning my money back. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate money back. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem I will wait until October 20 before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau. Please contact me.
