Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I am disputing the accuracy of this account and first date of delinquency. Portfolio Recovery does not have a complete credit file. I have asked for the original signature and a copy of each billing cycle since this account was opened. This account is past the seven year mark and should be removed. Resolution Sought This account is removed from my credit file

I spoke to representative of folio, recovery Associates on Sunday. Upon speaking to them and I asked a couple of questions and I was probably so hung up on 3 to 4 times. At one point a call back just to get the address of who was calling me and telling me that they were going to take me to court for $400. One of the last person I spoke to said I'm not gonna tell you where we are so you can come shoot us what are you stupid stop being stupid and stop writing bad checks. The whole reason why I was disputing this in the first place is because I didn't create that credit. And the fact that he said that I'm writing bad checks confirmed that. I have put a complaint out under the wrong name because they gave me the incorrect name. I recently got a call from them today and I was given the correct name of the company. So I am updating my complaint to the correct company and name. Resolution Sought I would like the 400 removed from my credit anf to receive apologies for bothering me while I was at work.
