We've always driven out of the way to come to Portos and always have a great experience. Today a cashier named Michelle handled our online take out and all was well. Until the end when apparently I had still been holding on to the wait number and she asked " can I have our number back? " I smiled like oops because I had the big box of cake in my hands so had to place it down since I hadn't realized that I'd still held on to the number and as I gave it to her, laughed and said " sorry", she took the number and rolled her eyes behind the mask and walked away. It was very hurtful since I hadn't done that intentionally and I said sorry while being pleasant. Please note that I was the only one in front of her and the online line was pleasantly quiet. Thank you for the space where we can keep Portos a nice experience. Resolution Sought I wasn't expecting a smile or Pleasantries back. But, if I apologize at something, so silly and small where most don't, at least refrain from humiliating me in front of my son. Very hurtful.

My complaint is I order to jane 4 dozen cheese rolls, 2 dozen besito dulce leche, 2 dozen guava bread when im here my house in sonoma. I count the box 6 box only. Missing is cheese rolls 2 dozen, i pay 85.66 my email address is on the top of this complaint. Just message me in my phone and i pay using my debit card, the time i buy 10:56 am i buy in glendale brand blvd branch Resolution Sought Can u shift the product to a different address.
