My family and i booked a fishing charter in December for this company for March 23rd. People ended up not being able to come down to Florida to attend the fishing charter, so i reached out to the company and had to cancel and they told me it was canceled and i would receive a refund within a week. A week has passed and i have yet to receive my refund. so i called again and this process revolved weekly. Every time the owner is never there i can't get in touch with him . Lorie is usually the person i talk to when i do call and she has told me over eight times that she will have him call me and he never does. I have sent him emails and no response. I have never had to deal with this from a company before and it's absolutely absurd. I have been paying interest on this payment for 3 months through my credit card company when it should have been refunded 3 months ago. Resolution Sought I would like for the company to make this right and refund the money
