Unprofessional and misleading, Total Scam Artists

I placed my order in the beginning of November, approved my art two days after placing the order, then heard nothing. I emailed several times, called several times, and no one can give me a solid answer. When I did talk to someone they were short, didn't provide any details or solutions to the delay and they were very distracted. You can't blame Covid, I run a skateboard manufacturing business and I get my product out on time and this is with a major wood shortage. I've placed numerous orders through other suppliers and have already received my product, 2-3 weeks after placing them. It's been over 2 months now, they finally emailed saying my order was ready by sending me a shipping label, but all they did was create a label and that was done on 1/12/2021 and it's been two weeks since they created it and it still hasn't been shipped, or dropped off or picked up by UPS. These guys are extremely unprofessional, difficult to work with, and have no clue what they are doing. I have a lot of money invested in an order that I could've put else where in my business but it's tied up with these clowns. And I truly believe anyone posting positive reviews are either paid for or are friends or family to the business. No way anyone dealing with them outside of that would say anything otherwise. Shame on Posh Union for taking advantage of small businesses especially during a pandemic. And if your so busy and can't keep up with orders stop advertising and sending me deals to buy more when you can't even supply the original order.
