Ordered new coat December 1st. No postal activity since December 14th. Customer Support advised no Refund until January 4th. Violation of 7 day Refund if not received. Requesting REFUND to no avail. Resolution Sought REFUND my money.

I purchased two pocketbooks from Poshmark was not pleased because they were not as described on the website send them pictures and everything about the pocketbooks and was denied my refund I think they are not capable of giving peoples money back lots of people I have spoken to have not received their money back so they have to throw away their goods this is very very stressful $400 of my hard earned money has been taken for no reason I would like to get my money back they are very dishonest Poshmark.
