Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Posigen guaranteed us that we would save money with their solar panels. We have not save money and have constantly asked them to come and take their panels back. We get no response from them. My husband has blocked his checking account they were taking the payment from, and still no contact from them Resolution Sought We I want them to come and take their panels off our roof, and quit billing us
