I signed up for positive parenting solutions and there were 3 different packages you could choose from. Bronze, silver and gold. I signed up for the middle plan for 100 dollars. Come to find out after paying 100. 20 a month keeps getting drafted from my account. I reached out and they replied no refund after 30 days and it's 12 payments of 20. Why sign up for a silver plan 100 dollars if there going to charge everyone 240. 12 payments of twenty. I feel like this is false advertisement. No telephone number and can only contact my email. The email I got was no refunds after 30 days but the good news is I only have one payment left. I feel this is deceiving to their customers. Resolution Sought A 120 refund, I agreed to pay 100 (20 a month) for a silver plan package. I have already over paid by 120. They shouldn't be advertising packages my money if they are going to charge everyone 240.

I am so sorry, but Valerie has misunderstood what she purchased, what the terms of the payment plan were and was charged properly. She enrolled in our program on April 14, 2021 after reviewing our free webinar. During the webinar, pricing is thoroughly and clearly discussed, as well as the 30 day cancellation and refund policy. This is the page that she was sent to enroll though (pricing and terms have not changed in many years) https://www.positiveparentingsolutions.com/webinar-pricing She opted for the 12 payment plan for Bronze, which upgrades to Silver for free with a 10% discount and also includes lifetime access. The pricing for that is clearly noted as 12 payments of $19.99 USD for lifetime access. This is a total of $239.88 once all 12 payments have been completed, which Valerie has done. She received a receipt via email for the first payment and a welcome email that details the amount being charged, the cancelation policy and terms of use. Valerie contacted us on February 20, 2022 requesting to cancel her membership. She had completed 11 of 12 payments and was beyond the first 30 days of enrollment. This was explained via email. Please know that we were not fraudulent nor misleading under any circumstances.
