On March 27 at about 12:15pm, I walked into this location to drop off 2 packages. They were both being shipped USPS. I stood in line before the lady at the counter took the 2 packages and advised me that in the future, the USPS drop off was by the door. She then gestured to drop off the packages in the box as I left the store. The next day, I received the tracking update for 1 package, not the other. No big deal, i just assumed that usps was delayed on the other. Moving forward, my tracking number never showed as received by USPS. Tracking #9405 5111 0934 9861 0205 56 Per Google reviews, this isn't the first time a package has come up missing from this location. I would like my money back. I am a business owner and its very bad business for my customers to trust me by ordering a product that never makes it to them Resolution Sought I would like a refund and for this place to monitor their employees better!

Company called stating customer was directed to the area where she could drop off packages. They are only a drop off for the post office, they don't deliver packages or take them to the post office. The post office itself picks up packages twice a day. If there is any problem with a certain package not being delivered customer needs to go to post office and file a claim with them.
