I received a 50 off grocery promo from Postmates, and since it was a good deal I made an order. Most of the items in the order were on sale as well. After confirming that the promo had been applied (taking the bill to 50 off), I put through the order. After it arrived, Postmates send a copy of the final receipt. it was over twice as much, as they had not applied the promo code or any of thr sale prices. I was charged full price for everything. I have made several attempts to get some of my money back, but the representatives refused to help in any way and would just end the chat after stating that my order "isn't eligible for refund" but that my feedback is appreciated. This is absurd and amounts to robbery to me since I never approved such a high bill and would have never made the order in the first place without their offer of the 50 promo code. Resolution Sought I want a refund for half of the order, since that's what I was supposed to be charged. And what I confirmed I would be charged when I made the order.

Ordered food through Postmates from Applebees didn't receive half of what I ordered and the food I received was cooked wrong Contacted Postmates and was told I didn't qualify for a refund. Was told a supervisor would call me back Supervisor called at 1am while I was sleep and just left message saying I couldn't get a refund. Called back and said someone would call me within 24 hours whether I was asleep or not. Then I was told there was a restriction on my account saying no refunds. Resolution Sought Give me my refund and compensate me for this issue and the stupid practices.
