I placed an order through the postmates app, and never received the food from my order. They have a separate delivery system for some merchants through the app where you have to get in contact with the merchant directly, but make it difficult to be able to be in contact with uber to receive any compensation if the order was never delivered. I called the merchant numerous times stayed up late checked to see if they ever delivered my order and still haven't heard back from them. I contacted uber they said the order was not eligible for compensation of any kind, now im starving and out of money. Resolution Sought To compensate me the correct amount for my time and lost wages

I ordered food using Postmates. After some time I received a message from the driver stating that the restaurant did not receive my order into their system and it was going to get canceled and refunded. I was given the option to place another order. I placed an order with another restaurant since the first restaurant did not fulfill my initial order. After placing a second order on Postmates, with a different restaurant, I was sent another message stating that my first order was replaced. I did not authorize that transaction.. I tried to reply and let the driver know that I did not authorize and it was suppose to be canceled as I was initially advised, she then disconnected. I contacted Postmates trying to follow up and cancel and they said I would be charged 60.00 if I canceled. The driver delivered both of my orders. I have tried several times to get the refund for an order I did NOT authorize. They told me it was canceled and refunded. Now the representatives will not refund and disconnect all my attempts to rectify this problem. They charged an unathorized amount of 63.50 to my account. They delivered food that I did not order. They told me it was canceled and would be refunded. I have the screenshot of the message that was sent to me. Resolution Sought Refund in the amount of 63.50 for unauthorized charges.
