The driver called, to confirm address and after waiting over 30min for him to arrive, No driver.

Hello, My Complaint begins with the second delivery that, since I have been aquatinted with Postmates, That was not delivered..The driver called, to confirm address and after waiting over 30min for him to arrive, No driver. This is a terrible inconvenience, this was as I said the second incident.. The first was a Extremely late delivery with Missing items. Very convenient service .. with convenience being appreciated accuracy is a must as well. Please address this, business & also there business practices., so the customer may benefit Positivily. Put Customers First, Organize, Prepare, Treat Customers like they would want to be treated, adjust the Practice from Administration level.
