I have a cut off notice for Monday April 8th. I talked to a representative on Friday April 5th. I need to pay the 858 in full or I will get terminated. I get paid Wednesday the 10th and can only afford 400. Representative left message on account I world pay the 858 on the 10. I cannot get an installment agreement till August. I need help getting something worked out with them. I have a father with a medical certificate due to health issues. Please help me with this matter, thank you Resolution Sought Help me work out a payment agreement and take the 400 and due the balance with payment agreement

number 1 light bill went up 120 last 2 months over 500 dollars number 2 lost electric foe 17 hours claim number 769121843 over 1000 dollar lost haven't heard a word. if we don't here something soon we have no choice but to go a different direction---dont want to do this Resolution Sought fix our bill and pay us for our claim
