I've never signed up for Freeshipping.com & noticed I've had a charge on my credit card $19.00/month since Aug 2022. .. I called today 1/28/24 & I was told they'd cancel my account & refund only 4 months as that's their policy. I've been charged 19.00 for 17 months ($323.00). Resolution Sought Refund what I was charged as I didn't sign up for this service.

Ordered item at 3 a.m. unable to talk to customer service at 6 a.m. at 8 a.m. customer service said already too late packed n ready to go. For 59 dollar item charge 12 bucks to ship so get to keep 25 if u return. Plus isn't packed yet baloney. Resolution Sought Refund cancel now.
