A recliner was purchased a catnapper recliner in fall of 2021. I had a problem immediately with the frame leaning to the right. So they came to house and said it was fixed well it wasn't so they took it to the furniture warehouse and said it was fixed when it came back. It is not usable and my husband had a heart Transplant and needs it. Catnapper won't respond to me and potters won't do anything. I called again this morning. Resolution Sought A new recliner or at least my money back. Trying to fix it has not worked.
