I believe they need to hire someone who speaks English and they need to have a fair rate for ppl who only get to stay 4 hours ..

My husband and I were traveling through Pottsville. We needed to rest so the only motel available was at the Pottsville motor inn it was 3 a m he charged us full price and was extremely rude 11 o'clock check out time. I asked for a late check out being we had cane so late , he refused I even offered another 39$ he kicked us out ,he didn't speak English the room was dirty no Toilet paper no soap to wash our hands nothing ! He came and took our key and made a scene!
