I bought a vehicle from them. Immediately had problems with my car battery being dead many times. I told them it was the battery or altenator. They told me they were fine and charged me $200. A few days later it happened again. I took it back in and they told me it was the battery and alternator. They charged me another $500 to fix it. I am now still dealing with it being dead again. I have only had it for 3 mos. Don't want to take it back again as I am not paying them another penny. Please help. Don't know what else I can do. Thank you for your time. Resolution Sought Fix my vehicle and return the $700 I have paid them. I would like to take it to my mechanic.

This is Michael Laube with Power Ford in Newport Oregon. I wanted to take a minute and respond to the complaint you brought to my attention. Sharon had contacted you in regards to some problems she was experiencing with a car she purchased from this location. She brought the vehicle into our service department and was not completely satisfied with the service she received. I contacted Sharon and after speaking with her I refunded the money she spent with our service department. She has since picked up the refund check, I understand the matter to now be resolved.
