Salesman came out and said roof was leaking and caused damage to wood.When installer came out and ripped off my roof he said there was no damage but I still had to pay for a new roof because they ripped the old one off. Resolution Sought Reimbursement

Customer Complaint

They installed siding in October. We had strong winds last week and a piece of siding came off the house, it looks like it was not installed properly. We were told by customer service it would take 3 months to get someone out to repair it. We had more strong winds and more siding had come off. It is unacceptable to wait until June for them to correct their mistake. This is after they already raised the price on the cost of the work half way through the project because they made an error calculating how much material was needed when the agreement was signed. Resolution Sought We need them to repair the siding on the house immediately, before any more damage is done. We also want a refund for the additional costs they added half way through the project due to their mistake.
