My husband had solar panels put on my home without my approval in November 2021. I have been trying to cancel but when I call they put me on hold and I've never been able to talk to anyone about canceling and have the panels removed. They have constantly lied to us. The system has never been hooked up so I've never even used the solar. I have been put on hold for a total of 30 hours just trying to talk to someone since November. Resolution Sought Would like for them to cancel and remove the panel from my roof.
