Consumer alleges your company is refusing to address her complaints. Consumer states she has been trying to speak with the owner or supervisor in regards to the following issues she has about your gym. Which, the equipment is falling apart and could be a serious hazard to gym users. Also, the roof is leaking. She states when the this matter was brought to your attention, no resolution or customer service was received. So therefore, consumer is now seeking the assistance of Business Consumer Alliance in obtaining an amicable resolution. Resolution Sought Consumer would like the owner to address this matter in an amicable manner.
