Consumer states; I am the 76 years old grandmother of Justin, who is a minor, age 14 at the time I signed him up for a membership at the subject gym. I have tried at least 4 four times to cancel membership; once in person and four times over the phone with no success. The explanation Powerhouse gave me is that they cannot cancel the membership by my request, Justin has to be on the phone to cancel membership. I signed & made the contract. The money is coming out of my account. Justin is a minor. Resolution Sought Consumer states; I want this membership cancelled and my claim addressed by Powerhouse Gym of Redwood City, CA.
