Reached out regarding dead snails, explained i had throw packaging away and my child had dumped food on it so want able to take photos of. Suddenly became very mean and harassing me. I just reached out for help to a refund or to get the couple dead i received replaced. Kept saying I wouldn't follow instructions as I had explained the situation and even said I could provide photos of the dead snails. Resolution Sought Would love a full refund after how I was treated, and to lose all business after researching many others had been through this as well.

Company states; Please be advised that we do not sell to customer's directly, as we are a merchant who sells on Amazon, in which is where we would advise the customer to contact with her concerns and/or refund requests. We have no issues with resolving the customer's claim. Thank you, Owner
