We bought a pit bike from them and they had a 7-Day money back guarantee along with a 50-day return guarantee or money back guarantee and the pit bike broke within two days of us having it and if I try and fix it like they're telling me to do it voids the warranty but they won't replace it because they want to know what's wrong with it it's a catch-22 all the way around they're trying to get me to open up the engine so that way it avoids the warranty so they can tell me that they don't have to replace it because I took it apart but yet it broke within 2 days of us having it less than 8 hours of writing on it it was a Christmas present for my grandson and he didn't even didn't even make it to Christmas we just got it on the 15th and it was broke down by the 18th Resolution Sought I would like to either receive my money back so my grandson can get something else for Christmas or I would like a replacement bike so that way he at least has a working one on Christmas Day and then I want them to realize that they're screwing people and that that's not right and it's not acceptable and maybe be punished for it because they've done it to more than just me and my grandson.

I purchased a moped from Maxpro LLC/powersports Max 1 month ago. My husband assembled the moped and after we had a mechanic check if we assembled okay. We did it correctly but the moped wouldn't start. The mechanic told us it was the carburetor. I ordered a carburetor and we replaced it, after the replacement the moped started but shut off during idling and it was hard to start. The mechanic said to return it as a new moped should not have these issues. I contacted the company and I cannot return it because shipping is too much, now I found a repair company to pick up the moped, it will hopefully be fixed today. I asked the company to cover repairs and they offered me $50. It's not right they can sell a moped that was never tested and does not run properly and send me emails how I personally can fix it. I am not a mechanic, I have to pay someone to fix the moped . If I were to go to a dealership and I got on my moped to drive off and it didn't start or run properly they would give me a new one or if it did start but a week later it stopped running, I would bring it in and they would repair it, they wouldn't send me emails how I can fix it. The sad part is I have bought 2 previous mopeds from them but they were tested as a tiny bit of gas was in both of them, this moped was completely dry so I know it wasn't tested. Resolution Sought All I asked the business to do is pay for the repairs, well I wanted a new one but that is not possible so I emailed them back and requested the repair fees covered and I can supply invoices. I asked for $500 as the is the estimate from what I already paid and an estimate of what the new mechanic will charge today, it honestly can be more but I just want some help. I shouldn't be charged full price $1500 for a moped that does not work.
