I purchased a transmission from them with a warranty. They honored the warranty and sent me a new transmission when the one I purchased stopped working. I had a shop install the new warranty transmission and has the shop follow there warranty contract. Powertrain said the would cover labor cost and that's it but they won't pay me for the other work that had to be done so I could keep the warranty on my new transmission. It's been over 5 months and they have yet to pay me my reimbursement. I have called them multiple times and they keep punching it off saying that it should be any time. They also stated that there only going to give me 1,100 dollars instead of covering the repair bill. I'm tired of waiting and I don't have the money to get a lawyer. Resolution Sought Pay me the amount of money they owe me for the transmission replacement cost. And pay me the right amount. 1804.44
