I made a payment to PP&L , which they received,sent me a email receipt,& confirmation number. Now there still saying they will shut my service off if I don't straighten it out by the 8th of this month. Resolution Sought Admit that they got their payment.

I already filed a complaint, because PPl electric charge my house for a bill i already paid!! And double charge me for the new bill. No one don't tell me nothing about that. Please help me Resolution Sought Talk to them, to fix this problem permanently. I have to pay Mar 20 2023.
