I hired the above company to unblock my kitchen sink. The plumber worked hard for 2 hours snaking my drain three times to no avail. He said nothing could be done which I found perplexing because I knew it could be fixed. I went to the management company where I live the sent their on call plumbing contractor and they repaired the clog in ten minutes. Now I owe two plumbing companies money. I went to Prairie plumbing in person and informed them of the situation and said I expect little or no bill. Yet today I received a bill for $189.90 they did a half hour discount . They failed and money for not completing a job another company took care of in ten minutes. In addition he was detailed to install a toilet and left without doing so. Resolution Sought They are not due $189.90 for failing to do the job and leaving without completing the job!?
