On December 17, 2022 at approximately 2:30 -3pn my husband and I dined at Precinct 10 after Christmas shopping. Waitress was friendly, however my husband ordered Chicken Parm. As we were eating he found a black paper clip in his chicken. He called over the manager. The manager said "how did that get there"....No sorry. He asked would he like another one, My husband said yes. Manger brought the replacement chicken Parm out within 5 minutes. Still no apology, when the bill came they actually charged for the chicken Parm. They we're very nonchalant about the situation. After reading reviews others were treated unfairly at this restaurant. Please look into this matter. Resolution Sought Sincerely apologize and offer some kind of compensation to show they care about ALL customers.
