Unclean environment for children, workers on there cell phone when they should be watching the children. My granddaughter fell hit her head twice and no one could tell us why or how and there are cameras in the facility!!! Also she wasn't changed enough resulting in a major burning red diaper rash, I'm very concern about the quality of care for not only my granddaughter but ALL the children there. No one has ever gotten back to us as how my granddaughter was Injured. I would seriously like to see this place close down
