We purchased a door in February 2023 and were told it would be delivered in June 2023. It is January 2024, and we still have not received the door. We have been told it will be delivered "next week," since September 2023. We have been waiting for the door to finish our construction since June 2023. Resolution Sought I would like for them to be honest and tell us when we can expect the door instead of telling us that it is at the port and they should be getting the door "next week" for almost 5 months.
