Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My vehicle was taken to the shop for long shifting issue, To get diagnostics, my car was never diagnosed and was left abandoned at a gas station, I have text messages asking about the whereabouts of my car for six days and they We're making up, lies, saying that they were running diagnostics when I never got diagnostics done they drove my car down to the ground. My engine now has water inside the oil. My car was left not being able to start. Had to get it towed. I took him my car in a drivable condition, he overheated my vehicle as well. I have busted waterlines in my vehicle. The tow truck personal noticed that when he was loading it onto his truck and the owner of the shop stated that his brother was driving my vehicle with kids inside the car running errands when the car started to overheat on him, causing my car to completely shut down I had to pay for tow truck To get it towed to my house from the gas station where they abandoned it, l asked them for a refund on the tow truck and he denied the payment I have receipts for it, Before taking my vehicle to him, l had previously gotten a diagnosed by a transmission shops. The transmission shop stated to me that I had a camshaft positioning sensor issue that was causing the long shifts I also have paperwork for it, I stated that to the owner, When I dropped off my car to him so that he can fix the camshaft position sensor issue, my car was driving perfectly fine. It was not overheating. I was not having starting issues Resolution Sought Shut down, there is a lot of person going through hardships due to this business, the business around them are witnesses of his scams
