BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege unfullfilled contracts, inability to provide services as agreed, and difficulty cancelling and obtaining refunds. Clients complain they pay the company to file necessary work permits through INS, evaluate their skills, and find suitable employment. One complainant alleges after two months, no services are provided, so she opted to cancel, expecting a refund of the $3000 paid. Instead, she received a statement itemizing various amounts deducted from her initial payment such as, legal fees, postage fees, evaluation fees and other similar costs. Another client waited a year with no INS paperwork filed, and no services provided. When she cancelled and asked for a refund, she was offered only a partial refund also, less the company's service or administratives costs. One customer wrote us and stated that they resolved the dispute with the business. All other complaints remain unanswered.
