Chris Bolding and Carlos came to my home on Jan. 25th and told me they could lower my Internet, TV and telephone by 70.00 a month. I signed the contract only to realize later it was only for security system which I didn't need. I called them on the 29th and asked where the form was that contract said was attached that I could cancel by midnight on 29th and they told me it was only for monitoring of system and I could not cancel the equipment which was put through to Dividend a finance company. I asked about the finance charge of 9.9 and they assured me as long as I paid on time there would be no finance charge. That does not seem to be true. I got on Dividend's website and there was the form to cancel by midnight on 3rd day after contract was signed. This was on the 30th. My son got involved and called Chris, we talked with him 3 times and he finally made the offer to pay half the 7500.00 and I could pay half and pay off the contract. He said he would mail me a check on Feb. 08 with paperwork and they would come take out security system. That was the last contact we have had with him as he will not answer me or my son's phone calls. He never mailed a check, I never got the $500 necklace, no help with reducing cost of TV, internet or telephone. So in trying to reduce my cost, it has ended up 90.00 more a month for 12 years. I would be 95 when paid off. A hard lesson for a old lady to learn. Resolution Sought I would like to get the contract voided as they lied to me to keep me from cancelling on time. Then he made agreement to send check for half and he lied about that. He promised to lower my bills and he lied about that.
