I called on October to request service for the upcoming season of snow 2021 thru 2022, Entered into a contract thru DocuSign on that day. My contract was for a 2 inch snow fall. On December 7th we got 1.5 inches of snow according to the news weather people. I called to see if the company would be coming even though the contract is for 2 inches. I spoke with Andrew Nowackis just to see if they would still come to remove the snow from my driveway and sidewalk. He said yes they would come well no one ever showed up. He had lied so I called to see what I needed to do to cancel the contract. He said I couldn't cancel and that there would be no refund. I told him I didn' t see no refund in the contract although I could be wrong about that. I said I didn't want his services and didn't want him on my property. He then went on to say on Tuesday December 7th the day we had gotten snow his people had come and actually had a ruler and measured the snow in my driveway. That again is another lie and another reason I don't want to do business with him. At that point I just wanted to get rid of him told him to keep my money or refund it was entirely up to him . Then he said it would cost a lot of money to change the routes? In my opinion he is not a reputable business person. Resolution Sought I would like to get all of my money back but since Andrew Nowackis doesn't have good customer service skills I'm afraid that will be impossible. I would at least like a partial refund of $500.00
