On or about Mar 8, 2022, I hired precision pool to replace my inground 16x32 pool plastic liner. I was told by the owners wife, Dorithy, that it would be a 6 to8 week wait for a liner. She when on to tell that she had one liner in the back that someone before didn't want it. I told her that I would take that liner. They came on 16 March and installed it. On 28 Mar I got a call from precision pool asked me to resubmits my payment because it didn't go through. at that time I told Mike the owner, that the pool was leaking. They came out and fix a leak. the pool is still leaking. I have placed several calls to find out of status on the warranty on the liner, but no answer. they will not talk to me anymore. they got their money $4000. Resolution Sought Please find the leak.
