BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Customers allege the company uses high pressure sales tacics, misrepresentation, and other deceptive practices to sell speakers and electronic products from vans and cars in parking lots. Some customers complain they purchased what were represented as high quality speakers at a steep discount from company representatives; but actually purchased poor quality merchandise which in some cases was defective or non functional. Other complainants allege that merchandise purchased was incomplete with missing parts or remote controls. Most complainants report difficulty obtaining refunds, as they are unable to contact the seller. The sellers are described as very friendly and extremely agressive.

The company responds to some complaints by denying requests for refunds, stating that customers would have to seek refunds from the people they purchased the products from, not Precision Transducer Systems, who is only the manufacturer. They also state that the speakers come with a limited warranty and that they are willing to honor the warranty. They did not address allegations of inferior quality of the products or why they permit their products to be sold in this fashion.
