This is a TIME-CONSUMING effort on my part and wish I didn't have to do it. I have MUCH more important things to do. Therefore, please don't take this lightly. BUT, in all fairness, I have tried to hotd my peace and anger on this while I thoroughty verified that I still had a severe, highty dangerous, and safety related problem with my 200S Uncoln Zephyr. After receiving all the repairs over the past 3 months, I waited for an additional 2 weeks to see if the issue would clear up on its own. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I AM STILL COMPLETELY UPSETW ABOUT SERVICE/REPAIRS that t received over the past 3 months at your Precision Tune service center located at 1328 1st St. North, Alabaster, AL 35007. I had my brake booster repaired/replaced FOUR T1MESm and the car is still NOT FIXED. I still hear the brake booster "hissing" toudty and the check engine light is on constantly. This is primarily my wife's car to use to go to wad<.eacl:1.day. HOWE.VE.R,. \ witt not attow her to drive this vehicle because of the current UNSAFE condition. That said, my wife and I have struggled for the past 3 months with ONE vehicle for both of us to go to work each day. Being that this is such a horrendous matter } have referred this over to my attorney group for possible disposition if this is not rectified. I have NEVER seen this type of situation go this far Resolution Sought --REFUND of the cost of the repair. $804. Please see attached invoice. --REFUND of the cost of repairs for two (2) oxygen sensors: $445. THAT DIDN'T NEED TO BE REPLACED. Please see attached invoice. --REFUND of work-time iost and fuei following up this matter: $100 Total: $1349
