I purchased a vehicle from pacific motor went to this business to get a oil change & reported this to the corporate office along with receipts. Everything I ask them for engine diagnostic they refused they just stated they will service my a/c soon. As I went home I cut off my car returned to my vehicle & it wouldn't start. I've left messages & no answer from corporate. I spoke with a guy name mike & he said its totally up to him & he did a oil change. Resolution Sought Refund, I have all my documents I had to have my car towed no response from the precision or corporate office.
