Would give 0 stars

I opened an account with this company in September 2019. I made a payment of $30 when I opened the account and I made a payment of $167.55 on the 26th of each month ( October, November, December) on January 24th at 4:40am I logged into my account where it said 709.67 was the pay off amount. I paid the full amount. I logged onto my account today and noticed that my account is still claimed I owe now $297.09 and that my payment of $167.55 will be drafted tomorrow. I'm furious. No one will help over the phone I'm just told to call back tomorrow and they can't stop the payment.
