They don't do background checks on renters and don't check the property like they're supposed to.

We rented our property with Preferred and the last two tenants destroyed the house. They had dogs and they were not supposed to have animals. Both left and didn't pay gas and electric and power and I had to replace carpet and put hardwood floors. I would like people to know about this company because they don't check on the background of the people they rent to, and don't check the property like they are supposed to.
