Currently, Ms. Reed's status on her contractual agreement is current. The issue that is pending is the lapse of full coverage insurance and/or placing Premier Auto Credit as the lien holder. We will gladly make any adjustments on the Loss Damage Waiver fees so long as Ms. Reed is able to show proof that there has been no lapse in full coverage insurance. All we require is an insurance declaration page conveying the dates of full coverage and that Premier Auto Credit is listed as the lien holder. This has been explained several times and the contractual agreement is very specific on this issue. I invite Ms. Reed to revisit her contractual agreement or she can reach us at 818-881-1234 to resolve this matter.

Customer Complaint

Premier Auto Credit is the WORST finance company ever and I do not recommend. They have been calling me none stop regarding a past due partial payment. The exact same morning I go to pay this balance. I spoke with an account manager JOSE who was rude and I explain a manager should have a better tone with customers. He told me " YOU ARE NOT A CUSTOMER, CUSTOMERS PAY ON TIME, THIS IS COLLECTIONS" . I was in complete shock . He still demanded payment. I asked for a manager above him he said "JESUS CHRIST". Spoke with another "MANAGER" FRANCIS who pretty much sweet talked me for my payment & after I wanted to file a complaint she told me she would do an investigation but refused to give me this name . If all lines are being recorded why can't you give me his info! This company is full of c*** and I am refinancing with a more professional company. Do not waist your time or money with these people. I called back several times and was placed on hold each time no one acted like they knew what was going on or who he was clearly a cover up . Again do not do business with them you will regret it . Resolution Sought Close the company or find better management!

Ms. Howard, rest assured that your allegations are being addressed. Let's be clear and consider the situation. You were provided every consideration despite the fact that you were in breach of contract. On several occasions you were well over a month past due. Still we worked with you and even provided a due date change to help your pay date coincide with your due date. Yet, payments were still made after your due date. You were counseled and assisted several times to no avail. You are too intelligent to be "sweet talked." After speaking with the Supervisor you came to the realization the importance of not being in breach of contract. As stated, we are looking in to the matter. We do not accept unprofessionalism.
