They asked for a copy of my mother's credit card. Then they threatened to stop the digital payment after the transaction had already been processed and accepted. Then they asked for a cash payment without sending the digital payment back.

Treat your clients better and be more considerate with the world pandemic!
I have paid my account for over a year with premier auto credit. I called a rep told them due to covid 19 I lost my job I just needed one month extension. I spoke to a rep that's stated they will send me an extension form than told me In order to approve the extension I had to pay $416. Which I did than a month later they contacted me telling me I had a past due payment I told them I had got an extension they stated they don't see any notes than I spoke with Vivian she stated my last form I submitted did not have my signature on it so I needed to print out the document and resubmitted. Than I have another rep calling me to tell me that I need to change the months . I did what was told than they tell me it was rejected and that in order for them to grant me the extension I would need to make a payment? I told them I just made a payment for Mays month. And honestly telling me my previous form wasn't approved a month in a half later due to the signature is just a lie! They should've told me right there and then. They're reps are very rude I had a lady speak over me and hang up one me they are a joke. I know these people will be in need one day and the way they treat people will come right back! so unprofessional I will carefully read policy next time I decide to get a car with any finance company, Hope you all read your contracts before signing . They deserve no stars but I have to choose a star!
