I purchase this contract in May of this year and paid my fees every month of 75 dollars. So I had heating problem with my car and I took it to the dealership and the diagnostic and found out the problems but when I applied for my service agreement they told me the sales personnel made and error on the paperwork and canceled my contract while my car was being repaired and then they told me that they would give me 3 payments back and denied my claim Resolution Sought Since they canceled my contract because of their error I want my claim handled and my money back so I can go to a reputable company

I had applied for a warranty on my truck I had asked questions my questions was answered to find out that all the time it was all a lie I have paid out of pocket for things that was stated that was supposed to be covered for my vehicle and it wasn't and I have been giving them money and the service was not done and I would like some of my money back. Resolution Sought To refund some of my money back because each time that my vehicle was taken to the shop I had to pay full price out of pocket.

After checking with the claims department this is what we were told: 1. Replace oil pressure sensor non covered part contract still in validation period on mileage It had been driven 255. miles since the purchase date. 2. Claims was cancelled as no repairs need at this time per shop diagnoses, So they only drove 255 miles of the 1,000 miles required before a claim can be covered. They also cancelled the claim as the shop said per their diagnosis there were no repairs needed. If they did try to claim something they wouldn't be able to since they are still within the validation period and then per the shop diagnosis there were no repairs needed.
