I purchased a policy from you on 12/10/2025 and after receiving my paperwork and also talking to your representative i was told I had no waiting period for my policy to start since I already had a plan from your company for my 2016 Lincoln MKZ. My contract # is PMDLP80014666 and I went to my local car dealer to having an electrical problem and a trunk latch problem taken care of I have been denied coverage as I am being told I have to have both 30 days and 1,000 miles from the start of the coverage. My contract paperwork from you shows no waiting period information. If the claim is not covered I will cancel this contract and find a company that doesn't lie to me. Car is a 2011 Buick Regal and claim was submitted on 1/14/2026 by Auburn Chevrolet in Auburn, NY Resolution Sought make sure this claim is covered as I am scheduled for a repair of these problem on 1/22/2026

Hello The Secondary air valve is an emissions component which is not covered. Although the customer is not out of the waiting period yet claims did say they would adjudicate the claim for trunk release.

I purchase this contract in May of this year and paid my fees every month of 75 dollars. So I had heating problem with my car and I took it to the dealership and the diagnostic and found out the problems but when I applied for my service agreement they told me the sales personnel made and error on the paperwork and canceled my contract while my car was being repaired and then they told me that they would give me 3 payments back and denied my claim Resolution Sought Since they canceled my contract because of their error I want my claim handled and my money back so I can go to a reputable company
