Very unprofessional and rude people.

Very unprofessional and rude people. They used very abusive verbal language, and I have the text exchange to prove it. I was about to buy a vehicle and the ac and usb port didn't work. When I requested that they fixed it so I could buy the vehicle they used very abusive language and blocked me. I would like a compensation for what they did.
