They did not finish the job. and refuse to finish. Resolution Sought Finish the job.

Company states; Mr. Hill did come into Premier Collision 7/21/21 to have his antenna repaired. Unfortunately, the antenna for his vehicle make and model had been discontinued by the manufacture, however we were able to find a replacement part and completed the repair. Upon inspection of repair, Mr. Hill was not satisfied as he felt the antenna was loose. I made Mr. Hill aware of the discontinued part and asked him return the following day [7/22/21] so we make some adjustments. Mr. Hill did not return until approximately a month later with the antenna broken. When asked what happened, Mr. Hill stated he had went through the car wash and the antenna broke. I informed Mr. Hill he would need to file another claim through Mister Car Wash being that it was considered a new repair. Mr. Hill became upset with the information given and left.
