DO NOT HIRE!

No dedicated case managers. Only action taken was to file a completely erroneous online application for SSDI, and they think they are now entitled to keep fees for a case they have NO work into. No retrieval of records (I sent even before they asked, via certified return receipt), no correspondence to SSA after initial screw-up. They could bill for the time to file the app, though that was not done correctly and I had to go to SSA in person to straighten it out and figure how to continue my claim, or the few dollars to print and mail me the initial forms I filled out (which would be offset by my cost to send back and use return receipt, printing records they won't use), but they will have NO valid claim to anything further in this case that JUST started, and they are preventing the hiring of new representation with this fraudulent hostage-taking of fees they are not entitled to.
