We contracted with this company on March 26,2024. We gave them a deposit of 3693.00 to start work on a bathroom shower. As of yet they still have not started work, and every time we try to contact them we get the run around between 2 or 3 different people with no progress. At this point they can just refund payment and we can part ways. If it takes this long don't what them to start work on bathroom and have to wait this or longer for work to be complete to our satisfaction. Resolution Sought To refund our payment of 3693.00 and we can move on.

Company states; We received a complaint. Unfortunately, we're having trouble identifying him in our system due to the common last name. Additionally, we tried to call his phone number and he has some sort of spam blocker where our phone call gets bounced back. Can you ask him to please provide us with his address so we can better identify him? Thank you, Premier Home Pros
