I bought 4 used cars from Premier Motors and he didn't issue me with any receipts. The dealership did that on purpose simply because the vehicles had severe mechanical defects. The dealership requested for DMV fees didn't issue a receipt and didn't pay the fees at the DMV. Resolution Sought I would like the dealership to refund me all the monies that was obtained from me, including the DMV fees plus interest.
